Roasted Sports Bar offers the opportunity to host events in our spacious private room, complete with a full bar and seating for up to 75 guests. When catering events with a food package, we can accommodate large groups, depending on menu selections. Our skilled chef is available to personalize your event space, assist in creating the ideal atmosphere, and design a menu that is sure to impress your guest!

Regarding pricing, we implement a flat fee of $200 for room rental, which becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to the event. Notably, during December, this fee is non-refundable once the contract is signed. 
 For our food packages, we offer a variety of selections to accommodate diverse budgets and preferences. Our objective is to deliver excellent value without sacrificing quality, allowing you to fully enjoy your time at Roasted Sports Bar while remaining budget-conscious. Our Chef is available to provide more detailed information when you are ready to book!

ROOM RENTAL

There is a room rental flat fee of $200.00 for our private room, which provides an excellent value for the range of services included. This fee encompasses not only the rental of the space but also the setup for the bar supplies, thorough organization of the room to ensure a seamless event, and a consultation chef fee specifically for menu customization and setup. Our talented chef is available to collaborate with you to discuss menu options and tailor the experience to your specific needs and preferences. We encourage you to reach out to our Chef for more detailed information and personalized solutions that cater to your unique requirements.

INCLUDED & aDD-ONS

Our establishment proudly offers a comprehensive service bar complemented by a private seating area. For groups starting at 20 guests, a dedicated server will be assigned based on the selected food and beverage packages. Additional waitstaff will be provided at no additional cost, provided the minimum spend requirement is met. Bartenders are offered complimentary with the purchase of a beverage package. However, should guests prefer to order drinks à la carte, a bartender can be made available for an additional fee of $50 per hour. Food packages must be coordinated exclusively through the Chef. For special occasions or events, a Private Chef can be arranged for carving stations or private functions at a rate of $100 per hour. Black or white linens can be provided for $6.00 per table, and color linens are available for $8.00 per table. Chafers are included in On-Site Catered events; however, for Off-Site events, they will incur a rental fee of $10 per chafer. Off-Site events may also involve additional charges for optional services such as set-up fees, breakdown fees, and/or delivery charges. These services are designed for your convenience, allowing you to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends without concerns about planning arrangements or cleanup.

ONSITE EVENT MENU OFFERINGS

We are delighted to offer an extensive banquet menu for a wide range of onsite events. Our diverse selection includes various appetizer packages, buffet packages (featuring additional table offerings), enticing pizza buffet packages, an array of beverage packages, and the option to customize your main menu with various add-ons. For more personalized preferences, individual menu items can also be purchased a la carte. Our talented chef is well-equipped to accommodate special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. Additionally, our chef is available to create a specific menu tailored to your specific preferences. Feel free to explore our catering menu options below.

A Little More Detailed Information to Better Understand Our Establishment, The Services We Offer, and the Requirements for Visitors and Customers

- Package prices based upon a minimum guest total of 20 people

- A 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added on to each event

- No separate checks on food for parties

- Bar tabs may be permitted as long as a credit card is on hold

- Following the Health Department regulations, no food or beverages are allowed to be brought inside. Although we will allow only store bought cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. We are a peanut safe facility, with only the acknowledgment that the facility has provided that there is no peanuts, peanut butter, tree nuts, etc. If you are interested in desserts options, please contact the Chef

- White linen tablecloths are available for an extra $6.00 per tablecloth with one week notice required. Colored linens are available for $8.00 per tablecloth with two week notice required

- All reservations require a $200 Room Rental Fee. A two-week cancellation is required for a full refund. After two weeks deposit is not refunded. After food is ordered a full amount of discussed packages will be taken of card on file. Deposits for the month of December are non-refundable

- Prices subject to change without notice

- Delivery Charges are based upon mileage. The first mile; up to 5 miles is $25; $2 will be added for each additional mile

- Chafing dishes available to rent for $10 per chafer (based on availability) All rentals that are not returned within 24 hours will be charged a daily fee of $10 (including any other rentals)

- Kids eat free under the age of 3

- No glitter, confetti, or similar substances are allowed. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to the final bill for the use before, during or after event

- Menu choices must be confirmed two-weeks prior to event and final guest count must be confirmed 10 days prior to event Minimum count will be charged unless additional guest show up, more food will be prepared to accommodate those guest and you will be charged for those additional guest

-We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. (not Personal Checks). Gift cards may not be used on catering and/or banquet packages

- Bonus bucks, restaurant.com, groupon or any other discount or promotion are not valid with Catering Packages

- A credit card number and signed copy of the catering agreement are required to reserve for a catered event or private party
